Moby’s Thoughts on Costumes and Halloween

Filed under: Halloween — Laura Moncur @ 5:00 am

Moby, International Recording Artist Extraordinaire, talked about Halloween last year after the holiday. I found it so enjoyable, that I decided to post it here this year.

He talks about the costumes and what he enjoys when he’s people-watching:

“on one hand i really do love it when someone makes a huge effort and gets really dressed up, but i think i’m most amused by the 1/2 assed, no effort costumes, i.e-street clothes with a blue wig.”

He’s right. Sometimes the best costumes are the ones that make people crinkle their foreheads and say, “What ARE you?”
