That is so, so true. I brought over a thousand dollars worth of camera equipment with me to the beach in Maine last summer. But what did I use for 95% of my videos and pictures? My $169 6 megapixel Sony digital camera, which also takes mpeg movies. And the photos and movies came out beautiful.
