My Life in Swatches: Sheherazade

I knew this watch only as the paisley Swatch. My friend, Dawni Burton, had a Swatch just like this. A boy had given it to her as a gift. I remember wishing that there was a boy that liked me enough to give me a Swatch.

Mike won this watch for me on eBay. I finally got my wish.

  1. Layne brought me back a swatch when he went to Europe for the summer. I remember being THRILLED!

  2. I still have this exact Swatch! It was my first and only, but I loved it.

  3. Still have mine too! Wish i had the old swatch guards. I use to use a red one and yellow one and twist them. Remember they went down the middle not around the sides. Can we still get batteries for these? I’d love to wear it again

  4. I have this same watch. I got it when I was in the 7th grade. I remember thinking I was so cool. I have a swatch guard to protect the face from scratching but my 4 year old son just broke it. I wonder if they still sell these.
