Jesus Is The Reason For The Season?
Oriental Trading Company has an array of “religious pumpkin” Halloween toys.
I know Oriental Trading Company makes the bulk of their money from Sunday School teachers who want to give toys away to the children in their classes to convince them that Jesus is “fun,” but really, Halloween Jesus? Is this really where you want to go?
Come on. All Saints Day is a perfectly cromulent Christian holiday. Why do you have to go and ruin my Samhain?
Kids love Halloween so if we can inspire their faith this way, I am all for it. I think Oriental Trading Company has offered a nice option for us here.
